This one of a healthy snack that can be prepared with minimum efforts, now a days this is one of evening snack for my kids.
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Dates syrup – ½ cup
- Bicarbonate of soda – ¼ tsp
Mix wheat flour, bicarbonate of soda in a bowl.
Add dates syrup to wheat flour mixture, mix well and make a thick batter.
Keep the batter for 10-20 minutes.
Pour the batter into cupcake mould (you can use mini idly plates also). Arrange them on a steaming rack and steam for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once done, remove from the steamer and serve.
